In Basia's words
The pieces I made from July 1st to 3rd all went blue. I didn't plan that. What I was making them about was remembering: what brings me joy, who I am, what actually matters. The squiggles show up every time. They make me smile the way being underwater does, watching everything move. By hand, no sketch underneath.
